Regional Sales Manager Benelux (m/w/d)

Job Description:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in The Netherlands and give support to our distributor for Belgium and Luxembourg. You will play a crucial role in building strong, long-term relationships with our clients and partners in the industry. You are a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality and have a proven track record in sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

    • Actively manage existing customer relationships and expand them further.
    • Identify and approach potential new customers and markets in The Netherlands.
    • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Negotiate and close contracts related to color and appearance measurement solutions.
    • Provide aftersales support and onsite training to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Identify market trends and opportunities in the color and appearance measurement field and respond proactively.
    • Report to the Sales Manager EMEA on progress and results.

Anforderungen

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a commercial or technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the automotive-, coatings- or plastic industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French and German is a plus.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Willing to travel.
