Responsibilities
- Coordination of esp. strategic HR topics & processes with relevance for the whole division
- Identification and coordination of cross-locational issues, consulting divisional management, ensuring / making necessary decisions
- Establish strategic workforce planning, ensure implementation of operative activities and monitoring for the division
- Functional leadership of divisional HR organization, ensuring information flow and adherence to general guidelines
- Responsible of the recruiting process for key positions for internal and external candidates as well as coordinating recruitment process divisional General Manager positions performed by Corporate HR
- Responsible for talent nomination, talent retention and succession planning within division in alignment with CoE and talent management
- Ensuring of comparable position classification and compensation policy across division as well as selection of benefits for the division on the basis of the Group benefits portfolio provided by CoE
- Execution and integration of HR topics within M&A transactions (processing of Due Diligence within CoE) as well as organizational restructuring within the Division
- Functional management of the global ECKART HR teams by coordinating common topics and managing the resources of the HR department

Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent university degree
- Several years of very comprehensive HR experience & strategy
- Ability to work in decentralized organization through effective influencing in absence of direct line of reporting
- Business sense and advanced understanding of business model /distinct customer focus
- High analytical skills and ability to reduce complexity
- Very good communication and moderation skills
- Strong leadership skills, motivation & negotiation
- Talent in managing, planning & implementation
- Strong talent in managing emotions; high initiative, resilient, positive, flexible thinking
- Fluent in German and English language
